The search for a better option led back to the coconut — Thailand's original electrolyte.

- 01The beginning
It started on a pool deck.
As a national swimmer and coach, we spent years watching young athletes leave sports drinks half-finished. Some refused energy gels because they were too sweet and unpleasant to chew. Parents worried — they didn't want synthetic additives or caffeine in their children's bodies. The options simply didn't fit real athletes.
There had to be something cleaner, lighter, and more natural. Something athletes would actually want to take.

Coconut was already the answer.
The answer was growing at home. Coconut water is one of nature's most complete electrolytes — potassium, sodium, magnesium, calcium, all in perfect balance. The challenge was turning it into a performance product without destroying what makes it alive.
That question led to a PhD lab, years of research, and a partnership with an advisor who believed the same thing: nature already made the perfect sports drink. We just had to protect it.

BAVE™ keeps it alive.
BAVE™ — Bio-Active Vacuum Evaporation — processes coconut water under 50°C so its enzymes, aroma, and electrolytes stay intact. The proof is in the colour: active polyphenol oxidase (PPO) and peroxidase (POD) enzymes can turn FlowR pink naturally. No dye. No trick. Just living chemistry.
The result is a 65mL shot with 310mg potassium, natural sodium, magnesium, calcium, and only 35 kcal. No added sugar. Nothing synthetic. Just coconut, concentrated.

Farmers first.
By concentrating coconut water at the source, we add 10–15% income per litre for Thai farmers and stabilise prices year-round. We reduce logistics waste by 75% before the product ever leaves the country.
FlowR is not just a hydration solution. It is a way to turn a performance problem into a rural-economy opportunity — starting with the families who grow the coconuts.
