The Breakthrough

BAVE™ — Bio-Active Vacuum Evaporation.

Standard thermal processing destroys up to 80% of what makes coconut water valuable. BAVE™ removes the water instead of the value: sub-50°C, bio-actives intact — 310mg potassium plus natural sodium, magnesium and calcium in a 35 kcal, 65mL shot.

The Process

Four steps from coconut to concentrate.

  1. Fresh Thai coconuts harvested and chilled over ice
    01

    Harvest & cold intake

Thai aromatic coconuts are opened and the water is chilled immediately — no oxidation window, no heat shock.

  2. Cold vacuum evaporation chamber preserving coconut bio-actives
    02

    Vacuum evaporation under 50°C

Lowering pressure lets water leave without boiling. Aroma compounds, live enzymes and heat-sensitive actives stay in the liquid.

  3. Natural minerals and live enzymes preserved in coconut concentrate
    03

    Bio-actives kept intact

Natural potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium stay in coconut-native form — and the enzymes stay alive, which is what ordinary processing destroys.

  4. Concentrated coconut water being filled into 65mL shot bottles
    04

    Concentrate & fill

76% of the water is gone. What's left is filled into 65mL shots or shipped as bulk bio-active concentrate for B2B partners.

Why it matters beyond taste.

75% less logistics waste

Shipping essence instead of husk, shell and water weight cuts freight volume, cost and carbon per litre delivered.

Bio-actives survive

Sub-50°C means aroma, coconut minerals and live enzymes arrive in the bottle, not in the exhaust. PPO stays active and slowly oxidises the coconut's own phenolics — with POD continuing in storage — so FlowR turns naturally pink. Colour as proof of life, never a dye.

Modular micro-factories

The process scales as compact units placed next to plantations — capacity grows without one giant plant.
