01Harvest & cold intake
Thai aromatic coconuts are opened and the water is chilled immediately — no oxidation window, no heat shock.
02Vacuum evaporation under 50°C
Lowering pressure lets water leave without boiling. Aroma compounds, live enzymes and heat-sensitive actives stay in the liquid.
03Bio-actives kept intact
Natural potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium stay in coconut-native form — and the enzymes stay alive, which is what ordinary processing destroys.
04Concentrate & fill
76% of the water is gone. What's left is filled into 65mL shots or shipped as bulk bio-active concentrate for B2B partners.
